Reminders

A reminder didn't arrive

Check three things, in order:

Settings says some reminders are "queued"

iOS allows any app to hold 64 pending notifications at a time. If you track a lot of entries, KeepValid schedules the nearest 64 and adds the rest automatically as those fire. Nothing is lost; the queue simply refills. You'll see this only if you have a large number of entries.

Changing the reminder time

Settings → Notifications → Time of day applies to every reminder. Which days you're reminded on is per entry, in that entry's Reminders section.

iCloud and sync

My entries aren't on my other device

Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive enabled. Check Settings → iCloud → Status inside the app: it will say "Connected" when sync is working.

"Your iCloud storage is full"

Attachments count against your iCloud storage, not ours. Free up space in iOS Settings, or keep entries without attachments — the dates and reminders work regardless.

Can I use KeepValid without iCloud?

Yes. Everything works on the device; you lose sync between devices and the ability to share.

Sharing

What the other person needs

An iPhone with KeepValid installed and an iCloud account. Sharing uses Apple's system sharing, so it can't reach someone on Android or without an Apple ID.

Do they see my reminders?

No. Reminders are personal to each person, even on a shared entry. Changing yours doesn't affect theirs.

Pro

What's included

Free covers up to 10 entries with no attachments. Pro removes the limit, adds photo and file attachments, and lets you create your own tags with your own icons. It's a single purchase, not a subscription.

I paid before and reinstalled

Tap Restore purchase — on the Pro screen, or in Settings → KeepValid Pro. You'll need the same Apple ID you bought with.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete all data on this device clears everything locally. To remove what iCloud holds, use iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage. See the privacy policy for detail.
